Details from NWS storm survey: Damage from this tornado occurred along Blackberry Road just north of the small community of Young. A singlewide trailer was lifted off the ground and rolled upside down before settling on its side. Two residents were inside the structure at the time of the tornado. Minor injuries were sustained during the event. Additional tree damage was observed in the vicinity near the singlewide trailer, including a few large trees uprooted and several large trees snapped at the trunk.

Farther south along Blackberry Road, non-tornadic straight line wind damage was observed. Damage included tree limbs down and a few large hardwood trees snapped halfway up the trunk.
